What do I do if I get a stale request notice when I try to log into the online library?
Answer
If you get a stale request message when trying to access anything in the online library, return to the link you originally clicked and click it again.
If you use the back button or refresh the stale request page this will not load the correct page.
Below is an example of a stale request message:
