Why can’t I log into online resources I previously had access to?

If you’re able to login to Brightspace and your email, and you are going in via the A-Z Databases page, it’s likely that you need to clear your cache and cookies, then close your browser completely, and sometimes you will also need to restart your device.

This will prompt the database to ask for your password again the next time you click on the link.
